Our Work

Development

Airis has completed a broad range of aviation development projects. Our work in this area includes cargo facilities, distribution centers, hangars, and terminals at gateway airports nationally and internationally.

Airis has also developed several first-of-a-kind facilities for the aviation and aerospace industry. Two achievements include: Airis is the only private-sector developer to fully plan, construct, finance, and operate an aviation facility at a Port Authority of New York & New Jersey airport and we are the first third-party developer to form a Joint Venture Partnership with Luftfartsverket (Swedavia), the national airports agency of the Kingdom of Sweden for the redevelopment of cargo infrastructure at Stockholm (ARN), Gothenburg (GOT), and Malmö (MMX) airports. Many other similar firsts are part of Airis’s legendary accomplishments, such as the first private-sector aviation developer at key US gateway airports, including LAX, SEA, CVG, ATL, DFW, and MIA. Similar accomplishments occurred with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the Republic of China Civil Aeronautics Authority (CAA), and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).

The following list of projects represent 20.0 million square feet of building area selectively developed and proposed since 1985, with a collective value of more than US $10.3B.

Airport Planning

Airis provides comprehensive Master Planning services for many projects across the globe.  Our services include program design and development, planning and conceptual land planning design for phased expansion, land use evaluations, site analyses, and feasibility studies.  What follows are several Master Planning assignments completed for key airports. Our current work is under development for key airports throughout the United States for select new projects.
