Claudia Ledwich brings more than 30 years of industry experience to Airis. Over the course of her career, she has lent expertise in program management, owner’s representative services, scheduling, project management, and claims consulting to the construction and development of over 8 million-square-feet of project space. Ledwich has led both private and public sector project types from inception to occupancy including medical, industrial, aviation, institutional, mixed-use and educational. Prior to Airis, Ms. Ledwich managed at-risk commercial real estate development projects at Carter, followed by her role as Senior Project Manager at Silverman where she provided construction program management and owner representative services to commercial developers, non-profits, and municipalities.
Ledwich recognizes strategic leadership is essential and takes pride in assembling skilled project teams in all aspects of construction project management including site selection, entitlement, project profitability, cash flow management, owner and subcontractor relations, negotiations and contract management, change order management, scheduling, and safety and project documentation.
She holds both LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification and a Florida Certified General Contractor License. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
