In its role in a Joint Venture with the Swedish Government Aviation Authority, Luftfartsverket (Swedavia), Airis planned a new multi-phased, multi- tenant cargo and office facility at Malmö Sturup International Airport in Malmö, Sweden. The project featured the development of a three-phased cargo and cargo office facility totaling 28,500 square meters (306,600 SF), a seven story office structure for cargo forwarders, brokers, and administration, and a 64,000 square meter (688,500 SF) apron sized to stage seven ADG Group V aircraft. Tenants included: TNT Express, MAC, UPS, Federal Express, SAS, and others.
