This project was the first third party, private sector capital investment project at CVG. The project scope included a full spectrum of project development services: ground lease agreement negotiation, programming, planning, design, financing, construction, and delivery of a major cargo infrastructure. DHL HQ facilities total 912,000 SF in a collection of buildings, including 787,000 SF of cargo sort and buildup/breakdown operations area, 105,000 SF of administrative offices and 120,000 SF of ancillary operations, including a 4,745,000 SF aircraft apron staging 64 aircraft simultaneously. Airis performed all planning, construction management and delivery for DHL’s acceptance.
