Project description​

Airis formed a joint venture with a Colombian consortium to provide DFBOT services for the demolition and remediation of existing conditions and the planning and development of a new large consolidated air cargo facility at Bogotà El Dorado International Airport. Airis planned and engineered all cargo infrastructure, including airside and landside operations, specialized perishables handling operation, specialized security systems, and supporting commercial and retail development in accompanying office structures. The BOG Cargo Center consists of 784,180 SF including 68,000 SF of administrative offices, and 907,000 SF of aircraft apron staging 11 ADG Group V aircraft.

The Airis-designed facility strikes a stunning entryway to the new main PAX terminals at El Dorado International Airport.
